Your Money’s Worth in Food
The recipe originally came from a small cookbook titled, “Your Money’s Worth in Food”, which was published by the Ontario Department of Agriculture & Food, probably in the early 70s.
Over the years, we’ve added a few more seasonings to this recipe, and some shredded carrots for extra nutrients.
And after the kids moved out, we cut the recipe in half, so it’s just the right amount for the two of us!
