I use Julia Child’s roast chicken recipe, and it always turns out perfectly. To stay on track, I made this chicken dinner planner in Excel. Just enter your meal time, and the chicken weight. From those 2 numbers, Excel calculates the start and end time for each step!

Cauliflower Fusilli Alfredo
Long ago, when we were young and carefree, we enjoyed making Fettuccine Alfredo, with its rich sauce, made from butter, cream, and cheese. Yum!
We’re eating differently now, so we make this delicious creamy cauliflower sauce now, instead of the richer sauce. Of course, it doesn’t taste exactly the same, but we both enjoy it, and I make it frequently!

The first time we tried this recipe was way back in October 2010. It’s a tasty combination of ground beef, mango, and Asian seasonings. We loved it the first time we tried it, and have enjoyed it many times since then.

We first made this recipe in February 2017, and we really enjoyed it. The kitchen smelled wonderful while the beef, carrots, and sauce were cooking, and it tasted great too.
