Corn Oil Tea Muffins
This Tea Muffins recipe comes from a St. Lawrence Corn Oil recipe booklet, that I got in the 1970s. The company was located in Mississauga, Ontario, and shut down many years ago.

For this week’s menu, I chose old favourites from our meal plan, and included one new recipe – Ginger Chicken Rice Bowl. Instead of chicken breast, I’ll use leftover cooked chicken – there’s usually some in our freezer.
Pork Tenderloin With Mustard Glaze
This pork tenderloin recipe is easy to make, and we love the mustard glaze. You can marinate the meat the night before, then put it on the grill at supper time.
Oven Baked Quesadillas
We enjoy quesadillas, and Keith used to make them in a frying pan, with butter on the outside of the tortillas. The quesadillas were delicious, but now we enjoy oven baked quesadillas instead. Continue reading “Oven Baked Quesadillas”
